ASO Savings & Loan, PLC Chosen as Worldwide Client of the Year


ASO Savings & Loan PLC, a Nigerian Primary Mortgage Institution, was chosen as Service Quality Institute's (SQI) Worldwide Client of the Year in Istanbul Turkey on April 12 during the awards banquet at the Worldwide Customer Service Conference.

Liz TaylorMohammed Shehu (Executive Director) is responsible for implementation of Service Quality Institutes  plan for  ASO Savings & Loan, PLC, and he was represented by ASO’s Customer Service Manager, Liz Taylor, who received ASO's award on his behalf. Micah Ndackson, SQI's top distributor in Nigeria who has also helped implement their customer service plan at ASO, was also present at the awards banquet.

The leadership and vision by CEO Hassan Usman, Executive Director Mohammed Shehu, and Training Manager Liz Taylor have created the first Primary Mortgage Institution in Africa to focus seriously on offering an exceptional customer experience.
