This guide to professional selling and service is comprised of five key elements: a two day train-the-trainer seminar, four videos, a leader guide, a participant book, and support materials. These sessions focus on sales skills, quality service techniques, and professionalism.

In addition, six monthly follow-up sessions featuring three videos and six booklets are designed to reinforce and expand on the initial workshops. Interaction between employees is vital to the content. Video scenes are designed to stimulate discussion, to illustrate outstanding professional sales and service techniques.



Leader Guide

Each group leader receives a leader guide, which provides simple step-by-step instructions on how to prepare and conduct each session. Specialized training is mandatory for designated leaders.



Participant Books

Each participant receives an easy-to-read illustrated book to lead him or her through each session. A topic specific booklet is provided for each of the six follow-up sessions. Questions and answer sessions produce group involvement and active discussion.

Video

Each video functions as the basis for the four group sessions. Professional talent portrays poor and excellent interactions between salespeople and customers.
