We have "engineered" a truly flexible learning system.  The 12 Modules take between 15 and 60 minutes each to complete.  All 12 Modules can be implemented in a one-day session, two half-day sessions, nine shorter sessions by combining elements, or by breaking the system into four sessions of about two hours each.
