Attaining Excellence, a modular designed, video-based system created for local government and built around five elements of quality service:

-learning to resolve problems Its modular design can be used in one or two day formats, or in shorter sessions of 60-90 minutes. 

Includes facilitator package with leader guide and 2 videotapes, DVD's or CD's, and 25 participant packages (Consists of: Participant manual, certificate of accomplishment, quality techniques card and customer service performance standard).

NTSC is used in North America, Latin America and parts of Asia.
PAL is used in Europe, Africa, Middle East, and parts of Asia.
