Q.        How do I make money, sell and implement your training programs?

            A.        There are four ways:

    1. Smaller organizations prefer someone, like you, to do all the training and facilitating.  Our facilitator material will help you to skillfully and professionally do the training. Your gross profit should be 80-90 percent.
    2. Larger organizations prefer to have you conduct a Train-the-Trainer Seminar (you should be able to charge $1,500-$2,000.  All profit is yours.) to train their staff to facilitate the technology internally in order to save money and then they buy the product from you.
    3. Some organizations only want to buy product.  They don’t want to invest in training fees and travel expenses.  Most of SQI’s product is very user-friendly so this is not a problem.  Just sell the product.
    4. Customer Service Certification Seminars where organizations can send individuals to an open seminar.  Gross profit should be 80-90 percent.  You must be certified first.

 Q.    Do I need to make an investment?

A. Yes.  Without inventory and marketing materials you don’t have a chance.  It’s impossible to build a business with no material to show or train with.

 Q.     What is the investment?

  • Distributor:  You need $10,000.  This gives you $53,433 in product, at retail prices and enough material to successfully train your first 300 participants.  You should be able to charge $125 per person, which will create $37,500 in income.
  • Consultant:  You need $5,000.  This gives you $15,177 in product, at retail prices and enough material to successfully train your first 100 participants.  You should be able to charge $125 per person, which will create $12,500 in income.
  • Representative: You need an investment of $2,000 for two major programs to get started. This is a 20% discount on product.

Q.        Is financing with terms available for this investment?

  • Distributor: Yes, you can. You can put $2,500 down and pay $2,500 every 30 days until paid.  No interest if payments are made on time.  SQI releases $2,500 of wholesale product as each payment is received.
  • Consultant:  Yes you can. You can put $1,250 down and pay $1,250 every 30 days until paid.  No interest if payments are made on time.  SQI releases $1,250 of wholesale product as each payment is received.
  • Representative: You must pay for the entire investment upfront.

Q.    What type of training do I receive with my investment?

  • Distributors and Consultants receive 3 days of training in Minneapolis for free. A Representative makes an investment of $450.
  • Customer Service Certification seminars are available with discounted pricing.

1.  40% discount for Distributors.

2.  30% discount for Consultants.

3.  20% discount for Representatives.

Q.  Should I spend my time on training or selling?

A. You have to be able to sell concepts and ideas to CEO’s. You must sell strategy not training. If you spend all your time on training you will not make money. You must spend a portion of each week selling.

Q.  Why do I need to really invest money?  I am selling Consulting and Training.

A. We are selling product and strategy. Apple sells product but they sell the benefits. Our packaging is awesome. The quality is just like an Apple product. Very impressive.  Without the product you will not make any large sales. You MUST bring it with you on each sales presentation.

Q.  How do I create sustainable cash flow?

A. With our 3 year service culture plans (About 60% of revenue) we sell our products with a 50% discount to the client. You have payments each year for 3 years which creates incredible cash flow. Many organizations prefer a process with results rather than one shot programs. SQI provides unlimited product and you do all the facilitating for the management program and train-the-trainer seminars.
